  Abstract:  Der Artikel will einen dogmengeschichtlichen Überblick bezugs der Person- und Trinitätslehre bieten. Gemeinsames Charakteristikum der christlichen Anthropologie und Gotteslehre ist der Übergang von der Substanzlehre des Altertums und der Scholastik zum kommunialen Grundansatz. Das statisches In-sich-Sein wird mit dem „Wir-Sein” der Existenz zusammengeführt. Große Gestalte der Dogmengeschichte, wie Augustinus, Thomas de Aquin, Boethius, Richard von Sankt-Viktor erarbeiteten solch eine Person- und Trinitätslehre, die in ihrer Grundstruktur kommuniale Charakterzüge trägt.
